its says: no more charcters can be created
and i dont even have one.

Making a new account doesn't help? PM Rick, he might help you delete the characters manually.

Its more of a bug on your computer from what i experienced.
It actually works fine when you tried making a character on another computer.

Note: Only happened once to somebody and it worked this way.

Might not be entirely true but that's my view on it X:
