Training Grounds
First Job
Now you have just started a account and your are at level 1.
Proceed to kill a green snail in the free market room one to level up to lvl 10!
Congrats on your first job!
Either go to the free market via the trade button and click on shanks and select job advance
Or simply type in @fmnpc to bring up shanks!
Second Job
Great, now your have your first job already.
Get back to room 1 and whack more of those snails till your level 30.
Do the same as you did when you were level 10 to change your job.
Ain't that a breeze, now your already at level 30 ~
Third Job
Time to fight some greater monster in maple.
Head on to room 2 and train till you are level 40~50.
Room 2 monsters- FireBoars, Jr.Grupins/Cellions/Lioners, Panda Teddies
Next room now which is room 3 since your much stronger already.
Train at room 3 till you're level 70
Or train at forest of golem till your level 70
Room 3 monsters - Desert Giants, Yetis , Golems , Drakes.
Time to change job again now that you're level 70.
Fourth Job
With new skills and greater damage we can move on to room 4!
Hit those squids till you're around level 100. You can earn quite a some of mesos there.
 
Grats on reaching a 3 digit level!
Move on to room5 now and start killing the skelegons till you're level 120.
As usual change your job via shanks or @fmnpc
Till rebirth
A couple of choices listed below for you:
1)Time to go to room 22 and party up and Kill boss mobs!
2)If bosses seems too dangerous for you, why not just stay at skelegons in room 5.
3)Party up and start to take down zakum.
Earning Mesos
Hi there, i guess you're in need of mesos for chickens or nx items?
Let me advice you on that
Most likely you're at level 120+
I bet you want to get some hot nx but it seems too expensive?
Head on down to Armory [with your buffs] and start killing those Malebosses.
Each drops around 50m per kill with meso up.
Just in case u didn't know, you can get buffs from shanks !
In no time you will be rich

Server rules and regulations
I. HACKING
Hacking will get you banned, end of story. Even if someone in your house hacks and you get IP banned, you will stay banned, there's nothing you can do about it.
II. SCAMMING
If you are caught scamming, depending on the situation, you will be banned or jailed. Usually a GM will settle any dispute.
III. HARASSMENT
All thing falls under this section:
Telling people things that offend them
Insulting the server
Swearing at GMs
Being racist to a certain level
Spamming
Acting stupid for obvious reason
You can get banned or jailed for harassment, depending on severity of the harassment.
First timers would likely be get jailed or warned. Continuation will result in account and ip being banned.
Advertising for other servers will be immediately banned.
IV. PACKET EDITING
Packet editing consists of trying to create a fake amount of NX cash will get you permanent banned.
V. UNFAIR BANS
If you know that you did something wrong, don't post a ban appeal as it will be rejected.
But if you genuinely think that you have done nothing wrong or go against any of the rules,
Please post a ban appeal in the forum.Cases are looked upon a case by case basic.
VI. KSING
Any kind of ksing is best to be avoided at all times.
Try to solve the ksing issue with each parties before calling on a GM to judge on who is wrong.
Just some simple line of advice:
If you don't want to get ksed, don't ks other people
If somebody asks you to change channels, try to bid to the person willing unless good reason are stated.
If you thinking of ganging up with your guild or buddies to raid somebody's map, it just proves how much of a douche you are and you probably get in trouble with the GMs
If somebody took your map legally, try to talk thing out. If not ask a GM for assistance
If you are getting KSed on purpose for a prolong time, you may whisper or Smega out for a GM's help
Try to share a map if possible as there is only 4 channels.

For the penguin trainer, simply click the greyed out checkbox.
For the damage cap raised, press Ctrl + f1.
For Window Vista users:
Right click the icons and go to Run As Administrator.
Q: How come I lag but some people don't?
A: You are lagging because one of the following
1. Too many programs/applications are running at the same time
Solution:
Go to the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)
Click on the Applications tab
Sort by username
Terminate all the un needed applications
2: There are too many things on your hard drive
Solution:
Delete all un needed files on drives C:\ and D:\
Compress the files that you don't use often (right click>properties>compress)
Make sure there is plenty of memory to run the game
3: You might want to increase the priority of your RSms client to high or above normal
task manager>applications>right click [client]>set priority>high
4. You might need a better internet connection
If you are using wireless Internet, make sure that the signal is excellent, and if you are not using wireless, use REAL internet and not dial up.
5. You might need more RAM
It is recommended that you have 512MB or RAM or more to run the game. 1GB+ of RAM is strongly recommended and 2 is even better.
6. It might just be that your computer is slow -.-

Error messages
1. Error Code 38: Random disconnects or caused by pirates transformation.
2. Error Code -2147483648: Somebody crashed the map you are trying to enter, either with a door, or they are just a dumbass hacker
3. Error Code -2147483648 (0x000000008) unknown error: You have failed to connect to the server due to a minor missing file, or for an unknown reason. All files that are like patch , patch set up, patch info, .ver info, etc... delete em u can solve this problem.
4. You have been disconnected from the login server: You tried to start the game too quickly, you clicked the client too many times, or you are trying to start the client while your computer is booting up and/or your hard disk is still working
5. iji.15 not found: Make sure you have that file, and make sure you have your client in the correct folder
6. You do not have the correct files to run the game[random DC]: another random DC
7. ID has been blocked or deleted from connection:IP banned
8. Account has been locked for X days: temp ban
9. Can't go in your character?: Try clicking view all chars and than click your characters.
10. If you have the problem, alike the one in the screen shot, then disabling your anti-virus or firewall will fix the problem.

| Very nice guide! I haven't got the game to work yet, just installed maplestory and don't really know what to do yet, I tried putting the files into the Maplestory V.62 folder but it ran the actual game.
