Front page suggestion

Not really a game suggestion

but more of a website suggestion

Put a button for "Log out char" (http://www.roadsidems.org/log_out.php),
a vote button,
and a link for tutorial on how to utilize the download of rsms client
right above the chat on the home page.

these are like the top most needed links on our site
+ the fact that no one ever knows where the logout link is

Yeah, we should have the log out thing for newbs.
