Your forgot something...
1.Compatability -> Run the program as windows XP Service pack 2
2.Compatability -> Run program as administrator
3.Compatability -> Show settings for all users -> Run the program as windows XP Service pack 2
4.Compatability -> Show settings for all users -> Run program as administrator
You shouldn't just be doing the 1st step, you should do all steps listed here to ensure that it works...
