Bring back the Balloons

The Balloons who gave you jump quests and all that should be brought back! but instead of gm hats and all that you should be able to get a Timeless weapon or something like that!

yeah i know...but those take like 2 seconds to get and you don't do anything for it. you need to be challenged for a reward

That jump quest just adds on most people to the hacker list.
I can easily say 75% fly to get those tickets
