help with logging in character

when i try to login, it takes a long time, and then finally goes to the world selection. then i pick my world, and channel, and then when i try to login my character, the screen freezes as if its about to work (the screen never goes black). then all of a sudden, it goes back to the id login page saying "Unable to connect to server". help plz, this has been continuing since three days ago.

server crash in cases like these, btw your sig is nice, but it's too big? xD
